Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $1,175,000 hard money loan to complete construction on a multifamily property in Brooklyn, New York. The financing supports the remaining work and the property’s transition to a completed building. The loan is structured at approximately 55% LTV over an 18-month term, leaving a meaningful equity cushion beneath Stormfield’s position. Underwriting weighed the remaining construction timeline and collateral value, with moderate leverage supporting the plan. The transaction highlights Stormfield’s ability to finance multifamily completion projects with complex capital needs, providing flexible bridge capital that helps a project reach completion on schedule.
