Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $2,450,000 multifamily bridge loan secured by a newly completed 15-unit multifamily investment property in the Bronx, New York. The highly experienced developer had successfully completed a ground-up construction project and required bridge financing to fund the lease-up period while awaiting a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and positioning the asset for a conventional refinance exit. The loan was structured at 52% LTV against the completed property value, providing meaningful collateral protection. The developer’s established track record, the property’s newly constructed condition, and a clear conventional refinance exit strategy supported Stormfield’s decision to fund this post-construction bridge.
