The financing allows an experienced real estate investor to unlock equity from an unencumbered property and redeploy capital across a broader portfolio. The loan is structured at 60% LTV, preserving a substantial equity cushion. Underwriting focused on collateral value and the local Whitestone residential market, with conservative leverage and the sponsor’s ownership experience supporting the structure.
