Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $4,800,000 bridge loan secured by a single-family property near Southampton, New York, cross-collateralized by an additional, occupied commercial condominium to strengthen the collateral position. The 12-month facility allowed the borrower to access equity used to retire debt on other properties in their portfolio. The loan was structured at approximately 65% LTV against a $7,398,750 underwritten value, reflecting disciplined sizing supported by the strength and diversity of the pledged collateral. The sponsor’s experience and the quality of the combined collateral pool supported a lending decision consistent with Stormfield’s conservative approach to cross-collateralized cash-out financing.
