Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $945,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by a single-family investment property in New Rochelle, New York. The sponsors, long-term owners of the subject property for over 40 years, required bridge financing to recoup significant equity with minimal existing debt on the asset. The loan was structured at 60% LTV against an independently appraised value of $1,582,500, providing meaningful collateral protection. A six-month prepaid interest reserve was incorporated into the loan structure. The property’s location in a highly competitive Westchester County submarket and the substantial equity position underlying the loan supported the lending decision.
