Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $2,537,500 bridge loan to support the acquisition of a luxury residential condominium in Midtown Manhattan, New York. The property was in very good condition at the time of purchase, with the sponsor contributing over $1,000,000 in equity at closing, demonstrating strong borrower commitment relative to the loan amount. The loan was structured at 70% LTV against a $3,625,000 purchase price. The sponsor’s existing investment presence in the Midtown Manhattan market and the premier asset quality supported the lending decision.
