Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $1,500,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by a fully occupied, free-market 14-over-1 mixed-use investment property in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The long-term owner required bridge financing to recoup equity while the property moves toward a near-term sale exit. The loan was structured at 26% LTV, one of the most conservative leverage ratios in Stormfield’s portfolio, providing exceptional collateral protection. The property’s full occupancy, free-market rent status, prime Williamsburg location, and a clear defined exit strategy collectively supported a highly disciplined and well-secured lending decision.
