Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $250,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by a free-and-clear single-family property in Brooklyn, New York. The 12-month facility allowed the borrower to access equity in the fully-owned asset for other investment purposes. The loan was structured at approximately 36% LTV against a $696,000 underwritten value, reflecting a highly conservative leverage position relative to the property’s underlying value. The substantial equity cushion and straightforward, free-and-clear collateral helped minimize risk on a simple cash-out structure, while Stormfield’s ability to move quickly supported the transaction, reflecting a conservative approach to well-collateralized financing.
