Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $550,000 hard money cash-out bridge loan for an experienced borrower secured by a free-and-clear, fully occupied three-family property in the Bronx, New York. An adjacent free-and-clear lot was pledged as additional collateral, so the loan is backed by two parcels. The loan is structured at approximately 62% LTV, leaving a healthy equity cushion. Underwriting focused on in-place occupancy and total collateral value, with the full rent roll, the additional lot and conservative leverage supporting the structure. The transaction reflects Stormfield’s disciplined lending on stabilized small multifamily assets in New York City.
