Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $625,296 hard money cash-out bridge loan secured by a free-and-clear, 12-unit multifamily property in Rochester, New York. The financing allows the owner to access equity from an unencumbered multifamily building while continuing to hold the asset. The loan is structured at approximately 40.1% LTV, an exceptionally conservative level of leverage that leaves a substantial equity cushion. Underwriting focused on collateral value and the building’s 12-unit multifamily configuration, with low leverage supporting the structure. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to equity-recapture lending on free-and-clear multifamily assets in New York.
