Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $3,000,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by a mixed-use building in the Greenwich Village neighborhood of New York. The property combines six residential units with retail stores under one roof. The financing allows the owner to access equity while retaining the building. The loan is structured at approximately 33.3% LTV, a very conservative level of leverage. Underwriting focused on collateral value and the building’s mix of residential and retail space, with low leverage supporting the structure. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined hard money lending on mixed-use collateral in New York.
