Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $381,000 bridge loan to refinance an occupied multifamily property in Endicott, New York, cross-collateralized by an additional residential property. Together, the two properties form a single ten-unit residential collateral pool. The borrower owns and operates other rental properties in the same town. The loan is structured at approximately 50% LTV, a conservative level of leverage for this asset type. Underwriting weighed occupancy and tenant demand, with the income from both properties and the substantial equity cushion supporting the structure. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined refinance lending on stabilized small multifamily assets.
