Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $3,850,000 cash-out refinance loan secured by a multifamily portfolio in Astoria, New York, recently inherited by the current ownership and cross-collateralized by four additional free-and-clear properties. The 12-month facility was structured at approximately 49% LTV against a $7,915,771 underwritten value, reflecting a conservative leverage position relative to the combined collateral pool. The transition in ownership carries typical execution considerations, offset by the strength and diversity of the pledged collateral. The conservative sizing and diversified collateral supported a lending decision consistent with Stormfield’s disciplined approach to multifamily bridge financing across a portfolio of assets.
