Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $3,700,000 hard money fix and flip loan for a repeat borrower acquiring and renovating a mixed-use building in the NoMad neighborhood of New York. The financing supports both the acquisition and a renovation plan designed to improve the property’s residential and commercial components. The loan is structured at approximately 65% LTV over a 24-month term, preserving meaningful equity. Underwriting weighed the renovation scope and local leasing dynamics, with the sponsor’s history with Stormfield and moderate leverage supporting the business plan. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to financing value-add mixed-use assets in core urban markets.
