Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $3,150,000 rate and term refinance secured by a newly renovated single-family home in Long Branch, New Jersey. With renovations complete and the home listed for sale, the financing provides the owner with additional time to execute the planned sale strategy for the finished home. The loan is structured at approximately 55% LTV, leaving a substantial equity cushion. Underwriting weighed the listing strategy and local resale demand for renovated homes, with the finished condition of the home and conservative leverage supporting the exit. The transaction reflects Stormfield’s disciplined bridge lending.
