Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $413,000 fix and flip loan for renovation work, including a home addition, on a single-family property in Aberdeen, New Jersey. The 12-month facility was structured at approximately 50% LTV against an $832,750 underwritten value, reflecting a conservative leverage position relative to the planned scope of work involved. The straightforward nature of the addition project and the property’s desirable location helped offset typical renovation execution risk on this transaction. The disciplined sizing and sponsor’s experience supported a lending decision consistent with Stormfield’s prudent approach to fix and flip financing for a well-scoped renovation project.
