Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $369,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by a residential condominium investment property in Morris Plains, New Jersey. The sponsor required bridge financing to recoup equity from the asset, with the loan structured at 60% LTV. A full 12-month interest reserve was incorporated into the loan structure, providing payment protection for the full loan term. The property’s location in Morris County, a well-established New Jersey submarket, and the conservative loan sizing relative to the collateral value supported the lending decision.
