Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $425,000 bridge loan secured by a fully occupied, newly renovated retail investment property in Mount Vernon, New York, located in Westchester County. The locally experienced operator required a cash-neutral rate and term refinance to replace existing debt on the stabilized commercial asset without extracting equity. The loan was structured at 50% LTV, providing substantial collateral protection. The property’s full occupancy, recently completed renovation, and the sponsor’s established presence in the local commercial real estate market supported a conservative and well-secured lending decision.
