Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $300,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by a free-and-clear, recently renovated single-family investment property in Poughkeepsie, New York, located in the Hudson Valley. The locally experienced sponsor sought to recoup equity from a property held free-and-clear, with a strong existing equity position relative to the loan amount. The loan was structured at 54% LTV against an appraised value of $552,500, providing a substantial collateral cushion. The sponsor’s local market expertise, free-and-clear collateral position, and the property’s recently renovated condition supported a conservative and well-secured lending decision.
