Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $700,000 cash-out bridge loan secured by two free-and-clear buildable lots in Staten Island, New York. To strengthen the collateral package, the sponsor pledged a 4-unit multifamily property as additional security, resulting in a cross-collateral structure with a blended LTV of 37%. The 6-month term provided the sponsor with $700K Cash-Out Bridge Loan Funded, Staten Island, NY, near-term liquidity while preserving substantial collateral protection for the lender. The sponsor’s local market experience, established track record with Stormfield, and the depth of equity across the collateral pool supported a conservative and well-structured lending decision.
