Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $239,216 cash-out loan secured by a newly renovated and rented single-family property in Thompsons Station, Tennessee. The 12-month facility allowed the borrower to access equity from a stabilized, income-producing asset shortly after completing renovation work. The loan was structured at approximately 55% LTV, reflecting a conservative leverage position relative to the property’s post-renovation value. The property’s newly renovated condition and steady in-place rental income, combined with Stormfield’s ability to close quickly on stabilized cash-out transactions, supported a lending decision consistent with a disciplined, income-focused strategy overall.
