Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded an $814,125 multifamily bridge loan to support the acquisition and light renovation of a fully occupied 6-unit multifamily investment property in Somersworth, New Hampshire, near the Dover market. The repeat Stormfield borrower, an active multifamily investor and operator with a substantial New Hampshire portfolio, required acquisition financing to add to an established regional holdings base. The property was fully occupied at the time of closing, providing immediate income stability. The loan was structured at 66% LTV. The sponsor’s demonstrated track record, active portfolio management experience, and the property’s stabilized occupancy supported a well-structured lending decision.
