Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $447,300 hard money bridge loan for experienced investors acquiring a waterfront single-family property in Milton, New Hampshire, a lakeside vacation market north of Boston. The business plan calls for renovations to the home, followed by a refinance into longer-term financing. The loan is structured at approximately 70% of the $639,000 purchase price. Stormfield’s underwriting weighed the seasonal market and the refinance exit, with the waterfront setting and the sponsors’ experience supporting the plan. The transaction shows how Stormfield delivers timely acquisition financing that helps investors secure waterfront properties and execute their business plans.
