Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $7,200,000 construction completion loan for an experienced luxury developer building a 12,000-square-foot ski-in, ski-out residence in Big Sky, Montana. The home is already framed and roofed, and the property is owned free and clear, giving the project a strong starting position. The loan is structured at approximately 49.8% LTV over a 24-month term, a conservative level of leverage. Underwriting weighed the remaining construction and the local Big Sky market, with substantial equity supporting the plan. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to financing high-end construction completion with significant sponsor equity.
