Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $1,428,000 bridge loan to refinance existing debt secured by two residential condominium units in South Boston, Massachusetts, treated as a single collateral pool. The 6-month facility was structured with sizing consistent with the borrower’s overall track record and the strength of the combined collateral. The two-unit structure and Stormfield’s ability to move quickly on a straightforward refinance supported the transaction. The disciplined loan sizing and combined collateral value supported a lending decision consistent with Stormfield’s conservative approach to bridge-to-sale financing for this experienced investor.
