Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $19,100,000 bridge loan to support the construction completion of a mixed-use building in South Boston, Massachusetts, comprising nine residential condominium units above three floors of commercial space. The 18-month facility incorporated $1.3M in reserves to support completion through final delivery and lease-up. The loan was structured at 65% LTV against a $29,412,250 underwritten value, reflecting disciplined sizing on a near-complete, well-located asset. The scale and mixed-use complexity of the collateral, combined with Stormfield’s ability to finance construction completion through to stabilization, supported the lending decision.
