Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $588,000 fix and flip loan to purchase and renovate a single-family investment property in Malden, Massachusetts. The $575,000 acquisition is paired with a $75,000 renovation budget, with an after-repair value of $800,000. The loan is structured at 73.5% of the after-repair value, financing the large majority of total project cost. Underwriting weighed the renovation scope and resale demand in the local Malden market, with the value created through renovation supporting the exit. The deal shows how Stormfield provides high-leverage purchase and rehab financing that helps investors preserve capital.
