Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $240,000 fix and flip loan for the purchase and renovation of a single-family home in Holbrook, Massachusetts, part of the greater Boston market. The 12-month facility was structured at approximately 50% LTV against a $482,500 underwritten value, reflecting conservative sizing relative to the scope of renovation work planned for the property. The loan’s low leverage and the straightforward nature of the planned improvements helped offset typical execution risk associated with a purchase-and-rehab structure. The disciplined sizing and well-collateralized structure supported a lending decision consistent with Stormfield’s prudent, capital-preservation approach to fix and flip financing overall.
