Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $1,620,000 fix and flip loan for the acquisition and renovation of a distressed single-family investment property in Hingham, Massachusetts, for a highly experienced repeat borrower. The 12-month facility was structured with sizing consistent with the substantial renovation work required to reach the property’s projected value. The property’s distressed condition and the transaction’s larger size than prior Stormfield-funded projects carry above-average execution risk, offset by the sponsor’s strong track record. The borrower’s experience supported a lending decision consistent with a disciplined approach to larger-scale renovation financing overall.
