Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $315,000 cash-out refinance for an experienced borrower secured by a newly renovated duplex in West Palm Beach, Florida. With the renovation complete and both units rented, the owner is drawing equity out of the finished, income-producing asset. The loan is structured at 60% LTV, preserving a solid equity cushion. Underwriting focused on in-place rental income and the finished condition of the property, with full occupancy and conservative leverage supporting the loan. The transaction reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to hard money equity-recapture lending on stabilized small residential rentals in West Palm Beach, Florida.
