Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $3,705,000 hard money purchase loan for the acquisition of a newly constructed single-family home of approximately 5,500 square feet in Boca Raton, Florida. The sponsor, an experienced real estate investor, intends to operate the property as a short-term rental. The loan is structured at approximately 64.7% LTV, leaving meaningful equity beneath Stormfield’s position. Underwriting weighed the property’s new construction quality and local short-term rental demand, with conservative leverage and the sponsor’s investment experience supporting the structure. The transaction reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to acquisition financing on newly built residential collateral.
