Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $920,000 fix and flip loan for the acquisition and renovation of a luxury single-family home in Wilton Manors, Florida. The 12-month facility was structured at approximately 56% LTV against a $1,645,459 underwritten value, reflecting disciplined sizing relative to the property’s projected post-renovation value. The scope of work and the property’s luxury positioning carry typical execution risk for this asset class, offset by the loan’s conservative leverage and a well-defined renovation plan going into the transaction. The disciplined structure and strong collateral coverage supported a lending decision consistent with a prudent approach to higher-value renovation financing.
