Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $757,470 refinance and rehab loan for a repeat borrower on a single-family investment property in Nokomis, Florida. Proceeds retire existing debt on the home and fund a program of interior renovations intended to modernize the property and strengthen its value. The loan is structured at approximately 64.6% LTV, preserving a solid equity cushion. Underwriting considered the renovation scope and the local Nokomis market, with the sponsor’s history with Stormfield and conservative leverage supporting the structure. The deal demonstrates Stormfield’s measured approach to financing value-enhancing residential projects for returning clients.
