Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $430,500 fix and flip loan for the acquisition and renovation of a single-family property in Naples, FL. The sponsor is bringing nearly 20% down toward the purchase price of $426,000, with a $86,650 rehab holdback supporting the renovation scope. The loan is sized to 70% LTARV against a stabilized value of $615,000, a projected ARV below the Naples median home value, reflecting conservative collateral underwriting.
