Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded an $8,000,000 condo inventory loan secured by newly constructed residential condominiums in Fernandina Beach, Florida, on Amelia Island. Every unit includes a deeded boat slip, an amenity included with each residence. The financing provides the developer with time to execute an orderly sell-out of the completed units. The loan is structured at approximately 64.4% LTV over an 18-month term. Underwriting weighed absorption and the sell-out timeline, with new construction quality and conservative leverage supporting the exit. The transaction reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to inventory financing on completed residential product.
