Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $7,750,000 multifamily bridge loan to support the acquisition and renovation of a 60-unit multifamily investment property in Niantic, Connecticut, located along Connecticut’s shoreline on Long Island Sound. The experienced multifamily operator contributed $2,500,000 in equity at closing, demonstrating strong sponsor commitment relative to the overall transaction size. The loan was structured at 55% LTV, providing meaningful collateral protection across the large-scale portfolio. The sponsor’s demonstrated experience with comparable multifamily value-add projects and the property’s coastal Connecticut location supported Stormfield’s decision to fund this significant acquisition and renovation transaction
