Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $420,350 hard money construction loan for experienced builders completing a single-family investment property in Middletown, Connecticut. The project is already well underway, with the foundation poured and framing complete, and the financing supports construction through to completion of the home. The loan is structured at approximately 59.8% LTV over a 12-month term. Underwriting weighed the remaining construction scope and timeline, with the progress already made on site, moderate leverage and the builders’ experience supporting the plan. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to ground-up residential construction lending in Connecticut.
