Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $1,126,250 fix and flip loan for a developer acquiring and renovating a mixed-use property in Stamford, Connecticut. The 12-month financing provides the capital to purchase the building and carry out the renovation, positioning the residential and commercial space for its next phase. The loan is structured at approximately 65% LTV. Underwriting weighed the renovation scope and the local Stamford market, along with the business plan for the property.
