Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $240,000 fix and flip loan for a repeat borrower completing a renovation of a single-family investment property in Southbury, Connecticut. The business plan includes a $35,000 rehab scope to update the home and position it for resale. The loan is structured at approximately 55.3% LTV, preserving a meaningful equity cushion beneath Stormfield’s position. Underwriting weighed the renovation scope and the resale exit, with conservative leverage and the sponsor’s history with Stormfield supporting the structure. The deal shows how Stormfield provides dependable hard money renovation financing to returning investors in Connecticut.
