Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $6,100,000 loan to refinance and complete construction of a 38-unit multifamily project in San Diego, California. Additional real estate collateral was also pledged, strengthening the total collateral package behind the loan. The loan is structured at approximately 70% LTV over an 18-month term. Underwriting weighed the remaining construction and San Diego rental demand, with the additional collateral and the project’s progress to date supporting the structure. The deal shows how Stormfield structures creative, multi-asset collateral packages to fund the completion of larger multifamily construction projects when timing matters.
