Stormfield provided a $22,250,000 loan secured by a 74,304 sq. ft. last mile logistics facility in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. The loan proceeds will be used to fund the fit-out of the remaining vacant space, which was recently vacated. The sponsor plans to secure a tenant, complete the fit-out, and refinance with long-term debt.
Purchase Money Bridge Loan
