Transaction Overview

Stormfield funded a $16,650,000 hard money bridge loan supporting the $64 million acquisition of a multi-building office park in North Carolina. The prior owner made significant capital improvements across the campus, positioning the new sponsor to acquire a substantially upgraded asset. The loan carries a 24-month term, giving the new ownership time to execute its leasing and operating plan for the office park. Underwriting weighed the multi-building office profile and leasing dynamics, with the recent capital investment across the campus supporting the structure. The deal reflects Stormfield’s disciplined approach to financing large, multi-building commercial office acquisitions.
