Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $1,559,500 fix and flip loan for the renovation of a condominium unit in Palm Beach, Florida, for a repeat borrower with a demonstrated track record in the local market. The 12-month facility was structured at approximately 65% LTV against a $2,400,000 underwritten value, reflecting sizing consistent with the heavier scope of construction planned. The heavier scope of work carries above-average execution risk, offset by the sponsor’s extensive local market experience. The borrower’s track record, combined with Stormfield’s ability to move quickly for repeat clients, supported this financing solution.
