Transaction Overview

Stormfield Capital funded a $237,000 fix and flip loan for a light-scope renovation of a single-family property in Naples, Florida. The 12-month facility was structured to support a straightforward rehab project, with the borrower contributing a meaningful down payment to help control leverage. The loan was structured at approximately 65% LTV, reflecting a conservative sizing approach appropriate for a limited-scope renovation. The borrower’s equity contribution and the manageable scope of the planned rehab work helped mitigate execution risk, supporting a lending decision consistent with Stormfield’s disciplined approach to straightforward fix and flip financing in the Naples market.
