How does Stormfield protect my broker relationship?
Stormfield does not solicit your clients directly. We respect the introduction you made and maintain clear boundaries throughout the relationship. Your client remains your client.
When and how do I get paid?
The compensation you negotiate with your borrower is listed on our term sheet and reflected in the closing figures, so it is documented, protected, and wired directly to you on the funding date. There are no surprises at the closing table.
Can I use the instant pre-qualification tool for my clients?
Yes. Brokers and borrowers can generate an instant pre-qualification at app.stormfieldcapital.com/prequal by entering the property address, purchase price, renovation budget, and ARV. The tool produces indicative terms and a pre-qualification letter within minutes.
What information do I need to submit a deal?
For an initial soft quote, Stormfield needs: property address, purchase price, estimated renovation budget if applicable, ARV or stabilized value, loan amount requested, and a brief description of the borrower's experience and exit strategy. Full underwriting documents are requested after the soft quote is accepted.
Does Stormfield lend on my client's property type?
Stormfield lends on non-owner-occupied single-family, small and large multifamily, mixed-use, condo inventory, NNN retail, and commercial transitional assets. Stormfield does not lend on primary residences, vacant land, churches, restaurants, assisted living facilities, or pre-development projects.
Does my client need to be an LLC?
Yes. Stormfield lends to business entities only, LLCs or corporations. Loans are not available to individuals in their personal capacity. Personal guarantees from the principals are required in almost all cases.
