Payments & Billing
When should I expect my billing statement?
Billing statements are sent via email by the 1st of each month. To add additional recipients, email servicing@stormfieldcapital.com.
How can I make a payment?
Online payments are not currently available. The following methods are accepted:
ACH Automatic Payment: The simplest option. Payments are debited automatically each month.
Download ACH Authorization Form
Wire Transfer: Contact servicing@stormfieldcapital.com for wire instructions.

What happens if my check or ACH is returned for insufficient funds?
Stormfield’s servicing team will reach out promptly to notify you and discuss repayment. If you anticipate issues, contact servicing@stormfieldcapital.com proactively.
How can I obtain my year-end interest statement?
Email servicing@stormfieldcapital.com to request a full-year summary of payments. Include your account reference in the subject line.
How is my prepaid interest reserve applied?
Applied per the Prepaid Interest Reserve Agreement executed at closing. Your current balance is reflected on each monthly billing statement.

How can I request a Verification of Mortgage?
Contact the servicing department at servicing@stormfieldcapital.com.
Payoffs & Lien Release
How do I request a payoff quote?
Email payoffs@stormfieldcapital.com. Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days. If the request is not made directly by the borrower, include an executed authorization letter. Expedited payoffs are available for a fee; include your required delivery date in the request.
What if I need more time to pay off my loan?
First review your loan agreement for available extension options. Then contact payoffs@stormfieldcapital.com as early as possible. Include your expected exit plan, such as refinancing status or sale timeline.
How do I request a lien release?
Stormfield prepares and sends lien release documents directly to the borrower and/or title agent to record the satisfaction. Email payoffs@stormfieldcapital.com with contact details for the party responsible for recording.

Important: Lien releases are issued 45 days after full payoff.

How do I request a construction draw?
Draw administration is managed by the Loan Servicing department. Full procedures and the draw request form are on the dedicated draw request page.

Insurance
What are my insurance responsibilities during the loan?
You must maintain active property/hazard and liability insurance throughout the life of your loan. The mortgagee/loss payee must be listed as:

For insurance questions, call 888-248-9499 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM EST). If coverage lapses, Stormfield will force-place insurance at your cost, which constitutes an event of default under your loan agreement.

What if I’m experiencing financial difficulties or receive a Notice of Default?
We understand that unexpected challenges can arise. If you are having difficulty making payments or have received a Notice of Default, contact our asset management team as early as possible. Early communication leads to better outcomes for all parties.
